Cccam uses 20 to 30 times more bandwidth than Gbox, and you know that.
The problem with Gbox, is that you have to configure well your router/modem in order to avoid bad Ip/port from Gbox. And only a few users can or know how to do it.
Even for direct card reading gbox is a lot faster than cccam, wich improves speed on sharing. But then again you have to set it up properly.
With the right config/setup, Gbox is a lot faster, more stable, much less network trafic than Cccam.
Now we have Mbox... much better than Gbox in speed, and is still in beta stages...
people changed to Cccam because of the developers of Cccam... Fu**ers HIAD gemini developers... we all now that.
In a near future, Mbox will be the next emu of choice.
