[CCcam] CCcam.cfg example This is an example on how to configure your CCcam.cfg Try to make you config clean and updated. Do NOT add any user without email info Some CCcam Tips.
1: Do not use port 12000, use a random high port like 59321. (if you do telnet to a users IP on 12000 and it does answer, he may have a CCCam server. Try this from a command line telnet your.ip 12000
2: Do change your DM password.
3: Do not open telnet port 23 to your DM. If you need telnet access map another port like 38023 then type "Telnet Dreambox-DNS/IP 38023"
4: Always add IP or DNS at the end of your F: line, so it cannot be misuesd by some other. OK: "F: user PWD 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 } { } { } user.no-ip.info" Not OK: "F: user PWD 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 }"
5: Do not exchange EMM to peer you find on the net, only to user you know in real. Friend line that you share EMM: "F: user PWD 3 1 1 { 0:0:3 } { } { } user.no-ip.info" Unknown user that you do not share EMM with: "F: user PWD 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 } { } { } user.no-ip.info"
EMM = Entitlement Management Message and do contain card owner info and should not be on the public internet. Only cards in Linux servers do need extra EMM so they do not time out after some time.
